About us

8 students and 2 faculty from Camosun College in Victoria, British Columbia are embarking on a 6 week International Field School to Nepal.  This Field School gives our students the opportunity to complete a practicum course related to their studies in Early Childhood Care and Education, Community, Family and Child Studies, and International Studies and Education Abroad.  The focus of the experience for all of us will be on learning about social services systems in Nepal, Nepali culture and society, and includes opportunities for students to work with children, youth, adults and families in community and school environments.
